Will all the stains come out?
Almost all stains can be removed. Some stains can change the dye in the carpet and are permanent, or will alter the color of the carpet by removing the stain. Most food based stains are removeable, as well as petroleum stains. Red, blue, and yellow food coloring dyes are the hardest and may not always come completely out of the carpet.
How long will it take for the carpet to dry?
Carpets are typically dry in 3-5 hours. The dry time will depend on the type of carpet, humidity, temperature, and how much air movement a room has. Stairs usually take longer than rooms to dry. We can install air moving fans to assist in dry times and place furniture on foam blocks that may be damaged by damp carpet.

Hot water extraction is proven to be the most effective method in removing deeply imbedded dirt and other abrasive materials that wear away the fibers of your carpet. These abrasive materials can drastically shorten the life of your carpets.We also have equipment for low moisture cleaning and equipment to handle areas beyond the reach of a vehicle mounted machine, such as multi-story apartment and office buildings. We use powerful machines designed to clean upholstery, carpet, tile, and hard flooring.
